Art by Chad McLaren
Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my work. I am quite proud of all of the pieces on display, for various reasons. If you couldn’t tell, some key elements of my work are vivid color and, often, my sarcastic sense of humor. A successful painting, to me, is one that elicits an emotion from the viewer, regardless of what that emotion is.
It is a special honor to have my dad join me in this exhibit, who has some truly brilliant work on display as well. He has had an incredible influence on me and my art, and it truly is a privilege to be able to share this with him.
Below you can view a sampling of my work on display, but as is often said in the art world, you truly owe it to yourself to see these pieces in person.
These originals, along with several others, will be on display throughout the month of July at the historic Hotel 1857 in downtown Paducah, Kentucky. And to see some of my dad’s work, visit www.teaksouls.com
